This project is to begin shipping during the fall of 2011, representing an estimated total sale of over 650,000 dollars in Dimensional Lumber, Engineered Wood Products and Trusses all coated with Red Shield protection.
The project being built by Legacy Building Services represents approximately 90,000 sq. ft. with 86 units 4 stories tall which when erected will offer a grand "Red Shield Billboard." The project owner incorporated ECOB protected lumber, working toward LEED certifications in order to take advantage of local tax incentives.
